Hand-drawn Illustration with Digital Coloring

This artwork served as a desktop wallpaper that I created for myself in 2004 and features Little Bitch being attacked by Lakitu, the shell-throwing character from the Super Mario Brothers games. The illustration began as a hand-drawn sketch that was then scanned and cleaned up with Adobe Photoshop. The drawing was then colored in the same fashion as the November Calendar Journal, with some minor airbrushing used for the clouds.
